New Issue: Greece’s Alpha Bank prices €500 million three-year notes to yield 3˝%

Portland, Ore., June 12 – Alpha Bank A.E. announced in a Thursday press release that it issued €500 million three-year senior notes to yield 3˝%.

Citigroup, HSBC, JPMorgan and Mediobanca were the bookrunners.

Orders for the notes reached €2 billion within a few hours, the Athens-based financial institution announced.

The offer played to institutional investors from 15 countries, the Thursday release stated.

The deal was marketed on a roadshow that traveled to London, Paris and Milan, Italy.
