GenesisCare moves auction again, this time to Oct. 18

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 11 – GenesisCare Pty Ltd. pushed back the auction for its assets again, now to Oct. 18 from Oct. 11, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The sale hearing that was originally set to take place on Oct. 13 will be scheduled for another date to be determined.

The company is proposing an outside date of Nov. 22, as previously reported.

GenesisCare is a cancer care provider with headquarters in Sydney. The company filed bankruptcy on June 1 under Chapter 11 case number 23-90614.
