Genesee County, Mich., readies $60 million water system bond offering

New York, April 27 – Genesee County, Mich., is slated to price $60 million of series 2015 limited tax G.O. water supply system revenue bonds during the week of March 27, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A2) will be sold on a negotiated basis with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. LLC as the senior managers.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to construct and acquire improvements to the county’s water treatment plant and raw water impoundment station.
