Cadwalader adds Yushan Ng as financial restructuring group partner

Minneapolis, Sept. 11 - Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP announced that Yushan Ng has joined the firm's financial restructuring department as partner.

Ng will practice from Cadwalader's London office.

According to a press release, Ng joins Cadwalader from Linklaters where he was one of the partners who led the distressed investment practice. He has held central roles in a number of recent European corporate restructurings including SEAT Pagine SpA, Fitness First, Klockner Pentaplast, Truvo and Regency Casinos.

Cadwalader is a New York-based law firm.
