JSBarkats appoints Andrew P. Lederman to lead bankruptcy department

Kansas City, Kan., June 4 - JSBarkats, pllc has hired Andrew P. Lederman, Esq. to chair the bankruptcy and creditors' right department at the firm's New York office.

Lederman has spent 25 years representing various debtors and committees in chapter 11 proceedings, including several high profile cases.

"Having a strong bankruptcy group under the lead of Mr. Lederman will significantly enhance the firm's value to our clients and contribute immeasurably to the firm's goal of delivering competent legal services and an efficient, cost-effective global legal strategy." said founding partner Sunny J. Barkats in a news release.
