Delaware Pooled's High-Yield Bond Portfolio adds portfolio managers

San Diego, Dec. 5 - The High-Yield Bond Portfolio of the Delaware Pooled Trust announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has changed its portfolio management team.

The fund has added Paul A. Matlack, Craig C. Dembek and John P. McCarthy to the team. They join existing manager Thomas H. Chow.

Kevin P. Loome and Chuck M. Devereux are no longer part of the portfolio management team.

Philadelphia-based Delaware Management Co., a series of Delaware Management Business Trust, is the investment manager to the funds.
