Gaffney steps down from some Natixis, Loomis Sayles fixed-income funds

San Diego, Oct. 22 - Natixis Funds Trust I, Natixis Funds Trust II, Loomis Sayles Funds I and Loomis Sayles Funds II announced that Kathleen C. Gaffney will no longer co-manage several funds under the trusts.

Effective Oct. 22, Daniel J. Fuss, Matthew J. Eagan and Elaine M. Stokes will remain as portfolio managers of the Loomis Sayles Bond Fund, Loomis Sayles Fixed Income Fund, Loomis Sayles High Income Opportunities Fund, Loomis Sayles Institutional High Income Fund, Loomis Sayles Investment Grade Fixed Income Fund, Loomis Sayles Investment Grade Bond Fund and Loomis Sayles Strategic Income Fund.

Eagan and Stokes will remain as portfolio managers of the Multi-Sector Bond discipline of the Natixis Diversified Income Fund and the Loomis Sayles High Income Fund.

Finally, Arthur Barry, Warren N. Koontz and Fuss will remain as portfolio managers of the Loomis Sayles Capital Income Fund.

Boston-based NGAM Advisors, LP is the investment adviser to the Natixis Diversified Income Fund, with Loomis, Sayles & Co., LP serving as the investment adviser to the remaining funds.
