Cadwalader's George Davis joins Financial Restructuring Group leaders

Minneapolis, Jan. 6 - Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP announced that partner George Davis has join John Rapisardi and Deryck Palmer in leading the firm's Financial Restructuring Group, effective Jan. 1, according to a press release.

"George's commitment to the law and the restructuring practice has been evident for many years," Cadwalader chairman Christopher White said in the release.

"His leadership in some of the most complex restructuring matters garners much praise from colleagues within our firm and from peers and clients outside. We are fortunate that he has agreed to help lead the practice into the future," White added in the release.

Cadwalader is a New York-based law firm with offices around the world.
