Knight hires Eoghan O'Neill as director, institutional credit sales

Minneapolis, Jan. 4 - Knight Capital Group, Inc. announced the appointment of Eoghan O'Neill as the director of institutional credit sales with responsibility for sales of bank loans and high-yield securities to institutional investors across Europe, according to a press release.

O'Neill joined Knight from Royal Bank of Scotland where he spent more than 10 years primarily in credit sales, risk management and portfolio management roles in global banking & markets. Most recently, he served as a director of leveraged credit sales to high-yield institutional investors.

"We're pleased to welcome Eoghan to the team given his experience, acumen and connections within the European institutional credit community," managing director and head of European credit Neil Robertson said in the release.

Knight is a Jersey City, N.J.-based financial services firm.
