King & Spalding hires Jill Kalish Levy as counsel in finance practice

Cleveland, June 13 -King & Spalding said Jill Kalish Levy joined its finance practice as counsel in the New York office.

Previously, Levy was an associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Levy represents corporate borrowers, global financial institutions, corporations, lender syndicates and private equity firms in a variety of finance transactions, including loan financings and refinancings, leveraged acquisition financings, exit and debtor-in-possession financings, debt restructurings, leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions.

Levy earned both her undergraduate degree and J.D. from Columbia University.

King & Spalding is an international law firm based in New York.
