Stone & Youngberg taps Kulakowski as managing director, public finance

Madison, Wis., Sept. 8 - Stone & Youngberg announced that Walter Kulakowski has joined the firm's New York-based public finance group as managing director.

Kulakowski spent 20 years at Citigroup, most recently as director in the firm's public finance department.

Prior to that, he headed environmental regulatory programs for the State of Indiana and City of Indianapolis and acted as an energy and environmental consultant for two Washington, D.C.-based firms.

Kulakowski holds a bachelor of science degree from McGill University.

Stone & Youngberg is a financial services firm based in San Francisco.
