Lowenstein Sandler tabs Norman N. Kinel as bankruptcy group partner

Pittsburgh, July 26 - Lowenstein Sandler PC said Monday that Norman N. Kinel has joined the firm as a partner in its bankruptcy, financial reorganization and creditors' rights group, according to a news release.
Kinel will be in Lowenstein Sandler's New York office.
According to the release, Kinel has a vast range of experience in bankruptcy law, representing debtors, creditors, bondholders, trustees and committees of creditors, equity holders and retirees.
"We are continuing to see strong demand for legal services in the area of bankruptcy and restructuring," Lowenstein Sandler managing director Gary M. Wingens said in the release.
Formerly a partner at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP, the firm said Kinel is a frequent author and commentator on bankruptcy law issues. He received his J.D. from The American University, Washington College of Law and a B.A. from Yeshiva University.
Lowenstein Sandler is a corporate law firm.
