M.R. Beal hires Osee Pierre as vice president in municipal finance

Cleveland, Dec. 6 - M.R. Beal & Co. hired Osee Pierre as vice president in the municipal finance department.

Pierre will be based in M.R. Beal's Chicago office and report to Arthur Chan, managing director.

Previously, Pierre was vice president at Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. He also held positions at UBS Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

M.R. Beal is an investment bank based in New York.
