Investment Professionals adds Thompson as fixed income vice president

Cleveland, Dec. 2 - Investment Professionals, Inc. hired Chris Thompson as fixed income senior vice president, capital markets.

Thompson spent seven years at Advisors Asset Management as a municipal bond trader and fixed income consultant. Prior to AAM, he worked in retail and institutional bond sales at D.A. Davidson, Prudential Financial and Morgan Stanley.

"Chris Thompson's expertise will help our fixed income desk continue to respond to strong demand for superior competitive pricing, execution and transparency in the municipal bond market," John Sacchetti, senior vice president and fixed income director, said in a news release.

Investment Professionals is a private investment brokerage and asset management firm based in San Antonio.
