DirecTV to be replaced in Markit CDX North America High-Yield index

New York, Sept. 2 - Markit Group Ltd. announced that DirecTV Holdings LLC no longer meets the ratings criteria for the Markit CDX North America High-Yield index.

DirecTV is a candidate for replacement for ratings purposes.

The company previously announced that the full list of names removed from the Markit CDX North America High Yield index series 13 will be published on Thursday, and the list of additions and the composition of the index will be published Tuesday.

As already reported, the coupon will be published Sept. 23, and roll trading will begin Sept. 28.
