Drum Capital hires Notz, Mayhew to expand distressed investment team

Milwaukee, Aug. 31 - Drum Capital Management LLC announced its appointment of Peter Notz as vice president, manager of investment diligence. He will be based in Drum's Stamford, Conn., headquarters.
Formerly senior associate at HRJ Capital, Notz - also a recognized officer of the U.S. Navy - worked closely with Duran Curis. Curis was the portfolio manager of HRJ's special opportunities distressed fund of funds. Curis was appointed as managing director at Drum in June.
Drum Capital also announced the addition of Christopher Mayhew to the company's distressed investment team. As distressed investment analyst reporting to Notz, Mayhew will monitor fund investments, portfolio company valuations and investment diligence for Drum's distressed and turnaround fund of funds. Mayhew previously served as private equity analyst at Camden Partners Holding LLC.
