Nuveen: Stein to manage floating-rate, senior loan closed-end funds

Knoxville, Tenn., March 27 - Nuveen Investments Inc. announced that its floating-rate, senior loan closed-end funds will be managed by Symphony chief investment officer and portfolio manager Gunther Stein and his team upon the departure of Lenny Mason, a co-portfolio manager, effective immediately.

Stein and his team will also continue to manage the income component of Nuveen's multi-strategy and domestic equity closed-end funds that Mason helped manage.

The portfolio management change affects the Nuveen floating-rate debt funds, the Nuveen multi-strategy funds, the Nuveen Domestic Equity Fund and the Nuveen Tax-Advantaged Total Return Strategy Fund.

Chicago-based Nuveen sells investment products.
