Feldman returns to Willkie after recruitment to Treasury's auto team

Milwaukee, Nov. 9 - Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP announced that Matthew A. Feldman has rejoined the firm after fulfilling his appointment as chief legal adviser to the Obama administration's presidential task force on the auto industry.
Feldman was recruited to the auto team at the U.S. Treasury to help develop the overall strategy to restructure and recapitalize General Motors Corp. and Chrysler LLC.
Feldman has returned to Willkie as a partner and co-chair, with partner Marc Abrams, of the firm's business reorganization and restructuring department in the New York office. He will also resume his membership on the firm's executive committee.
Willkie is a New York-based law firm.
