Highland makes changes to portfolio management teams

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 2 - Highland Capital Management, LP announced in a press release that effective Jan. 1 Highland Credit Strategies Fund will be managed by Brad Borud and Brad Means and Highland Distressed Opportunities, Inc. will be managed by Brad Borud and Greg Stuecheli.

Borud is a member of the portfolio management team for Highland Credit Strategies Fund. Means is a senior portfolio manager at Highland.

Borud and Stuecheli are members of the portfolio management team for Highland Distressed Opportunities.

Borud is a partner, senior trader and chief investment officer of retail products at Highland. He has a bachelor's in business finance from Indiana University.

Means is a partner and senior portfolio manager at Highland. He holds a master's of business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's in finance and accounting from Creighton University. He also is a chartered financial analyst.

Stuecheli is a partner and senior portfolio manager at Highland. Stuecheli earned a master's of business administration from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor's in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He too is a chartered financial analyst.

Based in Dallas, Highland Capital Management specializes in alternative fixed-income investments.
