Integrity names J.P. Morgan Investment Management manager of its High Income Fund

Knoxville, Tenn., May 5 - Integrity Mutual Funds, Inc. announced that J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc., an affiliate investment adviser of JPMorgan Asset Management, began actively managing the Integrity High Income Fund on Monday.

The Integrity High Income Fund is managed by Robert Cook and Thomas Hauser.

Cook is managing director and head of the Fixed Income High Yield team and lead portfolio manager for JPMorgan Asset Management's high-yield total return, sub-advised mutual fund assets and absolute return credit products.

Hauser is a JPMorgan Asset Management vice president. He co-manages the company's high-yield total return, sub-advised mutual fund assets and absolute return credit products.

Integrity is a mutual fund and financial services company based in Minot, N.D.
