Duff & Phelps expands restructuring offering through Paris practice

Pittsburgh, April 23 - Duff & Phelps Corp. has expended its restructuring offering with the introduction of a Paris-based practice, according to a news release.

The Paris practice will focus on turnarounds, distressed and special situations, and it will be led by managing directors Marc-Antoine Cabrelli, Sophie Moreau-Garenne and Fabrice Keller.

According to the release, Cabrelli spent several years at Vicat and Pomona and joins Duff & Phelps from Ernst & Young, where he was a partner and led the Working Capital Management group in Paris.

Moreau-Garenne has 13 years of experience in turnaround assignments, transaction advisory services and distressed mergers and acquisitions, including experience with private equity funds, at Deloitte, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where she was a partner in the restructuring practice.

She is a member of the Turnaround Management Association France.

Keller joins Duff & Phelps from Ernst & Young, where he was a partner in the restructuring practice. He has extensive experience in advising management and shareholders in the context of liquidity crises, debt restructuring and negotiations with finance providers and assisting investment funds and corporations in distressed acquisitions in pre- and post-deal phases.

He is a founding member of the Turnaround Management Association France.
