Nollenberger appoints John Greenlee as managing director of public finance

Knoxville, Tenn., March 20 - Nollenberger Capital Partners, Inc. announced in a press release it has appointed John Greenlee as a managing director of its public finance team.

The company said in the release that Greenlee has over 22 years of public finance experience. In addition to his traditional municipal client base, Greenlee's specialties include the not-for-profit sector, arena/stadium financings and land-based secured structures.

Previously, Greenlee was a managing director of capital markets for Bank of New York in Los Angeles. He was responsible for origination, structuring and syndication of credit enhanced bond financings and focused on syndication relationships with public pension funds. Prior to that position, he was an executive director of public finance at CIBC World Markets, where he was responsible for overseeing business development of the municipal and tax-exempt client base.

He has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine, and did his postgraduate work at the University of California, Riverside.

"With notable transactions and longstanding relationships with public entities here in the Bay Area and throughout California, John's experience makes him a great addition to our already seasoned team," Nollenberger's president and chief executive officer Bruce Nollenberger said in the release.

San Francisco-based Nollenberger is an investment banking and advisory services firm.
