GE Commercial Finance appoints Gozdecki managing director of restructuring finance team

Pittsburgh, July 2 - GE Commercial Finance Corporate Lending appointed David Gozdecki as a managing director of its restructuring finance team, according to a company news release.

Norwalk, Conn.-based GE said the restructuring finance team provides turnaround and restructuring finance to midsize and larger companies in the Midwest United States and Canada.

According to the release, Gozdecki has more than 20 years of financing experience with 18 years focused on restructuring.

Most recently, he led the national restructuring group for LaSalle Business Credit, responsible for financing distressed companies.

He received a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University, a law degree from John Marshall Law School and is a certified public accountant.
