BMO names Dale managing director of U.S. Leveraged Finance Group
By Sara Rosenberg
New York, May 30 - BMO Capital Markets has hired Thomas D. Dale as managing director of its U.S. Leveraged Finance Group, according to a news release.
Dale will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing a wide range of leveraged financings, and will work with the firm's industry and M&A investment banking teams that provide an integrated approach to delivering services to financial sponsor and corporate clients.
"Tom brings more than 20 years of experience in debt, equity and M&A transactions," said Jim Moglia, executive managing director and co-head of the U.S. Leveraged Finance Group. "As part of the Leveraged Finance team's overall mandate, we believe Tom will be an excellent asset as we look to increase our lead roles in arranging and executing leveraged loans and high-yield bond transactions, particularly with financial sponsors."
Dale most recently worked at G.C. Andersen Partners, a New York merchant banking firm.
Dale will report jointly to Jim Goll and Eric Schubert, managing directors, who head the Origination & Structuring team.
