Cohen & Co. names William Tomljanovic managing director

Rochester, N.H., April 5 - Cohen & Co. named William Tomljanovic, 44, as managing director responsible for new corporate initiatives, according to a press release.

He will report to Cohen's chief executive officer Chris Ricciardi. Tomljanovic will be based in the company's New York office.

Tomljanovic was previously executive vice president of structured finance for ACA Capital Holdings, Inc. and president of ACA Management LLC, the management arm of ACA Capital, and a member of the executive committee.

Before joining ACA, Tomljanovic was a director for Prudential Securities, originating and structuring CDOs. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University and a Master's in Business Administration from Fordham University.

Based in Philadelphia, Cohen & Co. is a structured credit investment management firm.
