Proskauer Rose names Antosyzk partner in corporate finance group

Des Moines, July 24 - Finance and junior capital attorney Peter J. Antoszyk has joined the Proskauer Rose LLP's corporate finance group as a partner, according to a company release

Antoszyk's specialization includes syndicated loans, working capital loans, acquisition loans, asset-based loans, mezzanine and second-lien loans, and other specialty lending and distressed investing transactions for national and international clients. He also represents financial institutions and funds in distressed investing restructurings, workouts and insolvency proceedings.

Antoszyk is national director of the American Bankruptcy Institute and former chair of the organization's Finance & Banking Committee. Mr. Antoszyk has also been named as a Massachusetts "Super Lawyer" by the publisher of Law & Politics and is a past member of the national board of the Turnaround Management Association.

He received his B.A. from State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. from Boston University. Before joining Proskauer, he was a partner in bankruptcy and finance practices at Brown Rudnick.

Steven M. Ellis, co-chair of Proskauer's corporate finance group and head of its Boston-based corporate group , called Antoszyk "an invaluable addition to our rapidly expanding junior capital and finance practices in Boston and firmwide" in the company release.

Proskauer is a Boston-based law firm.
