Fitch appoints Charlene Chu as lead analyst for Chinese banks

New York, May 11 - Fitch Ratings named Charlene Chu as a director in the financial institutions team in Beijing where she will be the lead analyst for Chinese banks.

Prior to joining Fitch, Chu worked as a senior analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She has also worked at Bear Stearns, McKinsey & Co. and the U.S. Department of State.

Chu will report to David Marshall, head of Fitch's Asia-Pacific financial institutions group.
