Banc of America Securities names Voreyer as managing director in leveraged finance

New York, May 4 - Banc of America Securities has hired Robert J. Voreyer as managing director in the leveraged finance group, according to a news release.

Voreyer will be reporting to Mike Meyer, global head of leveraged finance.

Most recently, Voreyer was a senior managing director in Morgan Stanley's high-yield capital markets group, where he covered energy, transportation and chemical clients.

"Bob brings extensive experience in high-yield sales, trading and origination to Bank of America's platform, and we look forward to leveraging his talent and expertise as we continue to provide our clients with innovative high-yield financing solutions," said Meyer, in the release.
