Morgan Stanley adds Marshall, Sisson to leveraged finance

New York, March 21 - Morgan Stanley announced it hired Whitner Marshall and Kevin Sisson as managing directors in its leveraged and acquisition finance group.

They will be responsible for originating and structuring leveraged finance transactions for corporate issuers across several industries, beginning on May 30.

Marshall was previously a managing director in Citigroup's leveraged finance business, covering industry groups that included paper, packaging, metals, mining and transportation.

Sisson was also a managing director in Citigroup's leveraged finance group, covering media and technology companies.

The company noted that Marshall and Sisson will report to Michael Hart and Ashok Nayyar, co-heads of leveraged and acquisition finance.

Based in New York, Morgan Stanley is a financial services firm.
