Financial leaders from Maghreb and Europe to convene in Morocco

New York, Feb. 16 - Financial leaders from the Maghreb region and from Europe will convene in Casablanca, Morocco, to discuss critical issues such as capital market development, banking modernization and international economic conditions.

The Institute of International Finance is organizing the meeting, which will be held from Feb. 28 to March 1.

The sessions will bring together leading European and Maghreb executives from the private finance and public sector as well as officials from the European Investment Bank, the African Development Bank, the International Finance Corp. and the International Monetary Fund.
