Cadwalader names Julian Chung partner specializing in acquisitions

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 20 - Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP named Julian Chung a partner effective Jan. 1, according to a news release.

Chung, of the international law firm's Global Finance Department in New York, represents leading institutions in commercial lending transactions, with emphasis on senior secured financings for leveraged acquisitions. She is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and New York University.

Israel Dahan, Matthew Hendrickson, Stephanie Meltzer, Lisa Pauquette, Nick Shiren and Gary Silverstein were also named as partners in various specialties.

Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, established in 1792, has offices in New York, London, Charlotte, N.C., Washington and Beijing.
