Gibson Dunn names finance lawyer Montgomery as one of 11 new partners

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 29 - Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP named 11 new partners including Cromwell Montgomery, who practices finance law, with a focus on secured and unsecured credit transactions, including high-yield, second-lien, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions.
Montgomery, whose partnership is effective Jan. 1, received his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley in 1997 and previously served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is an international law firm with 13 offices, including Los Angeles, New York and Washington, D.C.
