New York, Sept. 20 - Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking has hired Mark London in New York as a managing director to lead its U.S. debt structuring and syndication effort, according to a news release.

London will manage both loan and high-yield bond U.S. debt structuring and syndication activities.

Previously, London headed the leveraged finance group at ABN Amro, where he founded a team focused on the origination, structuring, execution and distribution of large corporate syndicated bank loans, bridge loans and high-yield bond financings.
