Leerink Swann adds new large cap pharma analyst to equity research department

Tampa, Fla., Aug. 8 - Leerink Swann & Co. said it expanded its equity research department with the recent addition of Seamus Fernandez as a senior large cap pharmaceuticals analyst. He was previously a member of the pharmaceuticals team at Cowen and Company, LLC and, prior to that, was a senior associate at Putnam Associates, Inc.

Also joining the research department as associates are Carlo Casulo, Rafael Tejada and Rohit Vanjani.

Leerink Swann is an investment banking firm based in Boston.
