Kellner DiLeo Cohen hires Katalin Kutasi as manager of distressed, high yield

Washington, Jan. 10 - Kellner DiLeo Cohen & Co. LLC hired Katalin Kutasi as manager of its distressed and high-yield portfolios, the company said.

Before joining Kellner DiLeo, Kutasi was senior vice president and director of high yield, distressed and private securities research for Alliance Capital Management LP. There she managed 15 research analysts and before that she was a vice president at Continental Illinois Bank.

Founded in 1981, Kellner DiLeo manages about $530 million, and allocates assets into four investment strategies: merger arbitrage, convertible arbitrage, distressed and high-income, and special situations.
