GE Commercial Finance Global Media adds Feinberg as origination senior vice president

New York, Sept. 15 - GE Commercial Finance Global Media & Communications announced it hired Jeffrey A. Feinberg as senior vice president of origination.

Feinberg will be responsible for originating capital transactions in the middle-market telecommunications sector, focusing on wireless, wireline, cable and towers.

He has more than seven years of investment banking experience, most recently as a director for the Telecom Group of CIBC World Markets' investment banking division.

"Jeff's transaction experience includes a considerable number of public and private financings, as well as high-profile mergers and acquisitions," managing director and head of origination Peter J. Foley said in a news release.

"His significant industry contacts and broad experience within our key sectors make him an ideal fit for GE's Global Media & Communications group."

Based in Stamford, Conn., GE Commercial Finance offers asset-based financing, cash flow lending and corporate restructuring.
