SG Corporate & Investment Banking adds Rhei Rencricca as Latin America syndications head

By Jennifer Chiou

New York, Sept. 12 - SG Corporate & Investment Banking announced the hiring of Ruth Rhei Rencricca as head of syndications for Latin America.

Rencricca will manage the origination, structuring and distribution of syndicated loans for large Latin American corporates, with a specific focus on Brazil, Chile and Mexico. She has more than 18 years of experience originating, syndicating and structuring high-yield, emerging markets and distressed deals.

Most recently, Rencricca focused primarily on Brazil middle-market clients for Provident Group. She previously worked for Goldman Sachs.

"With an established and growing presence throughout Latin America, having a dedicated syndication professional like Ruth focused on the challenging and high-potential markets of Mexico, Chile and Brazil is of great importance to SG and to our corporate clients alike," Bob Woods, head of debt syndicate for the Americas, said in a news release.

SG Corporate & Investment Banking is the corporate and investment banking arm of the Societe Generale Group.
