GE Commercial Finance names Paul Lee vice president for technology

Stroudsburg, Pa., Aug. 8 - GE Commercial Finance Technology Lending announced Monday that it has appointed Paul Lee to the position of vice president, origination in the technology sector.

Lee will report to John Kinnaman, managing director, GE Commercial Finance Technology Lending.

Lee has been with GE since July 2003, when he joined the company's structured finance group. He has been with technology lending's risk team since June 2004, most recently as an assistant vice president. Prior to joining GE, Lee was a director of corporate development for C2A Media and strategy consultant for Accenture.

"Paul has done a tremendous job for our technology clients over the past year, and we have great confidence that he will continue to excel in his new role," said Kinnaman. "He will be critical to our success as we continue to build our team and position for growth during the balance of 2005 and into

2006."
