IntraLinks establishes public, private information categories for investors

New York, March 28 - IntraLinks Inc. said it added a new feature to its service that allows investors to declare their status on a transaction as either public or private information, which will reduce the risk of accidental exposure to material non-public information, according to a company news release.

"This innovation removes a potential regulatory headache for the market while further supporting the integrity of the loan syndication process," vice president of product marketing Andy Fieweger said in the release.
