Calyon Americas names Spencer to loan syndication structuring team

Pittsburgh, Feb. 1 - Calyon Americas, the New York-based corporate investment bank of the Credit Agricole Group, said it appointed Vincent Spencer as a director of the structuring team in loan syndication.

Spencer was an executive director in the leveraged finance group at CIBC World Markets. Before that, he was in the merchant banking group at ING Barings.

"His experience will significantly benefit our loan syndication group, which has been an important factor in this field for the past 12 years," said Barbara Kellc, managing director and head of the loan syndication group, in a company news release.
