Cooley Godward hires Tuscan, Veitenheimer to specialize in biotechnology patents
New York, Nov. 16 - Cooley Godward LLP said it hired Michael S. Tuscan and Erich E. Veitenheimer III as partners in its intellectual property group, focusing on patent-related matters for life science and biotechnology companies.
Tuscan and Veitenheimer will be based in Washington, D.C.
Both join the firm from Morgan Lewis's Washington, D.C., office, where they were partners and co-chairs in the firm's life sciences intellectual property group.
