UBS Warburg hires Lu as co-head of liability management
New York, June 2 - UBS Warburg said it hired Tim Lu as managing director and co-head of liability management.
Lu, along with Kevin Reynolds, will be responsible for liability management across a range of areas including high yield, investment grade and emerging markets.
Lu, who will be based in Stamford, Conn., will report to Suneel Kamlani, global head of debt capital markets, and Edward Massaro, head of high yield and loan origination Americas.
Previously Lu was global head of liability management at Credit Suisse First Boston.
"We are extremely pleased that Tim has decided to join UBS Warburg," said Kamlani in a news release. "Tim brings tremendous experience in arranging tenders, exchanges and buy backs which will enable us to better service our clients in addressing their liability management needs. We look forward to Tim and Kevin building this important area for our firm."
