Banc of America Securities launches online syndicated par loan trading confirmation system

New York, July 17 - Banc of America Securities launched a new online loan trading confirmation system. The system can be used to execute syndicated par loan trade confirmations, access research, access loan analysis tools and view market updates.

The system is available at http://bofa.com/capitalmarkets.

"As part of our strategy to grow the syndicated loan business, we have proactively looked for ways to partner with our clients and streamline loan trades," said Ed Hamilton, head of par loan trading, in a company press release. "With the execution of our first online par loan trade confirmation today, we have clearly taken a solid step forward in this effort."
