RS Low Duration Bond Fund adds David Marmon as portfolio manager

San Luis Obispo, Calif., April 11 - RS Investment Trust added David J. Marmon as a portfolio manager of the RS Low Duration Bond Fund, effective this month, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Leslie Barbi is no longer a co-portfolio manager of the fund.

The fund seeks a high level of current income consistent with preservation of capital by investing primarily in investment-grade securities, including corporate bonds, mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities and obligations of the U.S. government and its agencies.

San Francisco-based RS Investment Management Co. LLC is the investment adviser to the fund.
