O'Leary, Stanton add senior portfolio manager of fixed income Smalley

Minneapolis, Aug. 20 - O'Leary Funds Management LP and Stanton Asset Management announced the appointment of Adam Smalley as senior portfolio manager - fixed income at Stanton, according to a press release.
Smalley brings more than 14 years of experience with corporate bonds, high-yield bonds, floating-rate income securities and corporate credit analysis.
He began his investment career in New York in 1999, with four years with Lehman Brothers in high-yield structuring and origination followed by five years in portfolio management with a firm managing over $4 billion of high-yield and floating-rate income securities. Smalley also worked as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.
His experience includes managing corporate bond and floating-rate securities portfolios in a wide range of market conditions, including periods of increasing interest rates and widening credit spreads, the release said.
O'Leary is a Montreal-based investment fund manager. Stanton is an investment management firm.
