By Toni Weeks

San Luis Obispo, Calif., July 25 - BMO Funds announced portfolio management changes to two of its fixed-income, investment-grade funds, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective this month, William J. Canida, Scott M. Kimball and Daniela Mardarovici are the portfolio managers of the BMO Short-Intermediate Bond Fund, replacing Andrew M. Reed and Vincent S. Russo.

Also this month, Tere Alvarez Canida, William Canida, Alan M. Habacht, Kimball and Mardarovici are the portfolio managers of the BMO Aggregate Bond Fund, replacing Reed, Russo and Andrew M. Reed.

Both funds seek to maximize total return consistent with current income by investing at least 80% of assets in bonds with a minimum rating in the lowest investment-grade category or unrated and considered to be comparable in quality.

Chicago-based BMO Asset Management Corp. is the investment adviser to the funds.
