Corporate America CU Short Duration Fund adds manager Dave Filby

San Luis Obispo, Calif., April 4 - Managed Portfolio Series announced that Dave Filby has been added as a portfolio manager to the Corporate America CU Short Duration Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective immediately, Filby joins Shirley Senn in managing the fund's portfolio.

Thomas Bonds is no longer a portfolio manager for the fund.

The fund seeks to provide high current income consistent with the preservation of capital and maintenance of liquidity by investing in obligations authorized under the Federal Credit Union Act, primarily floating-rate obligations and U.S. government securities.

Irondale, Ala.-based Corporate Financial Solutions, Inc. is the fund's investment adviser.
