Prospect News reports four new defaults for week of Dec. 12-Dec. 18

Pittsburgh, Dec. 20 - Prospect News reported four new defaults for the period from Dec. 12 through Dec. 18.

The latest defaults came in the form of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Loehmann's Holdings Inc. and F & H Acquisition Corp., an involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy filed against Evergreen International Airlines, Inc. and S.A.G. Solarstrom SA's insolvency filing.

In addition, Prospect News reported missed interest payment from Codere Finance (Luxembourg) SA and Cline Mining Corp. However, Codere previously defaulted in connection with an Aug. 15 missed interest payment, which was paid late, and Cline Mining also missed interest payments in December 2012 and June 2013.

Prospect News has reported 147 defaults so far in 2013, including 76 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 24 missed interest payments, seven each of Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings and missed principal and interest payments, six distressed exchanges, five Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, three each of administrations and insolvencies, two each of involuntary Chapter 11 filings, CCAA filings and bankruptcy proceedings and one each of judicial recovery requests, Chapter 9 bankruptcy filings, involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, missed principal payments, Schutzschirmverfahren, liquidations, provisional liquidations, corporate reorganizations, judicial reorganizations and recapitalizations.
