Alon Refining Krotz amends loan, pushing out maturity to Aug. 16

New York, June 21 - Alon Refining Krotz Springs Inc. amended its credit facility, extending the maturity to Aug. 16 from June 15, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

The amendment was completed on June 15.

Bank Hapoalim is the administrative agent on the deal.

Alon Refining Krotz Springs is a refinery located in Louisiana.
