Alon Refining Krotz Springs to repay term loan with notes proceeds

New York, Sept. 30 - Alon Refining Krotz Springs Inc. plans on refinancing its term loan using proceeds from a $205 million secured notes offering, according to a market source.

Remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Alon Refining Krotz Springs is a refinery located in Louisiana.
